What stood out was how easy he was to talk to and how genuinely interested he was in watches as a hobby. We had a great discussion about vintage watches, and I appreciated that he took the time to ask about the watches in my own collection. It wasn’t just about the high-value pieces either—he seemed interested in hearing about all of them, regardless of value, which made the conversation feel much more personal and authentic. Isaac was knowledgeable, approachable and happy to answer any questions I had without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. It’s clear he’s passionate about watches and enjoys helping customers navigate the buying journey. Overall, a really positive experience and a credit to the team at Loupe. The service was fantastic—personal, caring, and professional. They offered refreshments, making the experience very welcoming.
