  I recently visited Loupe in Preston and wanted to leave a review for Isaac. What stood out was how easy he was to talk to and how genuinely interested he was in watches as a hobby. We had a great discussion about vintage watches, and I appreciated that he took the time to ask about the watches in my own collection. It wasn’t just about the high-value pieces either—he seemed interested in hearing about all of them, regardless of value, which made the conversation feel much more personal and authentic. Isaac was knowledgeable, approachable and happy to answer any questions I had without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. It’s clear he’s passionate about watches and enjoys helping customers navigate the buying journey. Overall, a really positive experience and a credit to the team at Loupe. Thanks again for your time, Isaac—I look forward to visiting again in the future.

  Incredible service – Highly Recommend! Visited Loupe Preston on the weekend to have links removed from my dad’s watch for a (much) smaller fit . The service was fantastic—personal, caring, and professional. They offered refreshments, making the experience very welcoming. Couldn't fault it and will definitely return for any future jewellery or watch needs! (Unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the gentlemen who served me)

  A huge thank you to Issac and all the staff at Loupe. Having owned my watch for over 13 years, it was finally time for a service as it was starting to look both a little faded as well as loosing a small amount of time. As Loupe are an authorised Omega service centre, they managed to bring my watch back to what appears to be brand new condition. The watch was dropped off in January, and I recently collected it around 12 weeks later. On attending to collect my watch, I was tended to by Issac. Issac was clearly a knowledgeable a d passionate staff member. Issac, through conversation and hearing about my own fascination with horology, showed me the viewing area of the service area which I found informative and fascinating. Issac's passion and knowledge only reassured my decision in having Loupe service my watch. My watch was the 3rd most expensive item I've bought besides a house and car, and whilst a service isn't cheap, (Depneding on an individuals point of view) However, when you actually consider that the watch is completely striped to its component parts, cleaned, polished, reassembled and freshly lubricated, it's actually great value for money given the life cycle of the watch. When I eventually get around to saving up and treating myself to another watch, this will be the place I visit. Overall they had a great selection of brands and competitive prices to suit the individual. Thank you again.
