I called up and asked if i could exchange it for a different one and she said no we don’t accept it back if you’ve left the store wearing it (this is a nicer way compared to how the staff member said it) 1 it was out of the display so i’m sure many people have tried them on and worn them and 2 i was never told this. I would recommend saying that to customers hence the three stars.

We were met by a lovely young woman called Danielle who spent some time to show us some rings within our price range and explained the difference between them. I have to say she was an absolute delight very knowledgeable, very patient and kind. It goes without saying that we purchased the rings and Danielle also explained about the warranty and how the insurance policy would be a benefit to us and we had no hesitation in getting the rings insured. My partner is a school teacher and so we also benefited from blue light discount and as we saved on the rings i also decided to buy a watch which I had seen on a previous visit. My partner and I were very pleased with our visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your Preston store and to ask for Danielle absolutely top marks!!
