  Lovely place to shop , staff are very friendly and very accommodating especially Keighton always served you with smile and of course I love my bag that I bought in here and I always love shopping with good brands too

  1 star – Extremely serious concerns over authenticity and appalling customer service I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased an item from Designer Exchange which has since been confirmed as not authentic by the actual retailer/brand. This is an extremely serious issue, especially when purchasing from a company whose business is selling designer items. I contacted Designer Exchange with my concerns and have now been chasing them repeatedly for several weeks. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I am still yet to receive a proper response or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. What is particularly unacceptable is that I have evidence from the original retailer confirming the item is not authentic, yet Designer Exchange has still failed to properly address my concerns. I expected a professional company to take a matter like this extremely seriously, investigate it promptly and communicate with me. Instead, I have been left chasing for weeks with no satisfactory response. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing designer goods from Designer Exchange carries out their own checks and keeps all documentation relating to authenticity and purchase. I hope Designer Exchange eventually responds and takes responsibility for resolving this matter.

  Great experience shopping at DE(Manchester) for the 1st time. Payge is an absolute credit to your team. I felt very much like a valued customer which was evident in all my whatsapp interactions with Payge, regardless of my spend. Would absolutely shop here again and highly recommend DE.

  I wouldn’t even give it a star. I’m really disappointed with my experience. The service I received was completely different from the experience advertised on the company’s social media. I travelled a three hour round trip with a suitcase containing seven items, expecting to be able to bring them into the store, have them assessed and sell them there and then. However, when I arrived, I was told I could only hand in the items that had already been discussed online. This had not been made clear beforehand. There was also no phone service in the store, so I couldn’t log into my account to show the quotes I had already received. As a result, I was only able to hand in one item after driving an hour and a half each way specifically to visit the store. I had originally been quoted £95 cash tor my item which was later reduced to £70, which was extremely frustrating. I was also told I would receive the payment that evening, but I still haven’t received anything. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish and nothing like what is advertised online. I would not return and would advise others to do the same.

  Really lovely experience! Sareena was so friendly and helpful right from the beginning. She was really attentive, answered all my questions and made everything so easy. Amazing customer service and such a lovely person — thank you again! 🥰
