- VVVictoriaMay 23, 20261.0Rude staff and poor customer service. I emailed head office several times to give my feedback and I didn’t even get a response. When I went to the Manchester store, it took ages for them to let me in because the girls were talking. Once in I asked about a particular handbag that I’d seen on the website and they told me it had been moved to Birmingham and I had to go there if I wanted it as they can’t have it sent back to Manchester. When I asked about authentication they told me the bag didn’t have any certificates or proof it was real. It all seemed dodgy. Wouldn’t recommend.

- MLMy LamApr 15, 20261.0I brought my hand bags there for sell , course I need cash for my items (LV BAG ) they told me next day give me the price, but they took 3 days no message tell me the prices,I had to phone them to ask for the prices, first they said next day morning 11am they will send me the prices,but they not text me ,and I phone them again at 2.00 pm .it’s took about 30 minutes to know how much my hand bag, so their service was very poor and not even professional,the staff looked very rude they not even bothered to listen.design exchange Manchester.this company I can see someone complain here about their service,but what ever they just say sorry,sorry that it ?? Shame
