His knowledge was impressive, but what really set the visit apart was the personal touch and genuine care he took to make sure we found exactly the right watch.   i had two diamond bracelets both purchased at Hugh Rice & they needed shortening within a very short time. they were both not easy alterations . remarkably they were done in time and i was able to give one as a birthday gift fantastic service can’t thank Enough Many thanks to Poppy who went above & beyond

  I recently discovered Hugh Rice when I randomly searched online for a specific TAG Heuer watch that I had been wanting to purchase. I live in London while the store is based in Hull, and to my surprise, Hugh Rice was the only retailer offering the exact model at nearly 20% off. This was quite rare, as I had never seen this particular watch discounted in any London stores. I immediately contacted the store and was assisted by Poppy, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my enquiries. After speaking with her, I decided to purchase the watch online through their website, only to realize afterwards that it was actually the last piece available. Since I couldn’t travel to Hull in person, I emailed Poppy to ask whether they could resize the bracelet before shipping. Thankfully, the team was very accommodating and handled my request perfectly. The watch arrived the very next day, and the bracelet fit my wrist perfectly. I’m extremely happy with both the watch and the excellent customer service I received from Hugh Rice. I highly recommend this store and will definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future. To anyone reading this review, I’d also recommend checking out their Facebook and Instagram pages, there’s plenty to see there as well.
