  Do not shop here. I spent over £100 in TKMaxx and received a parking fine for my troubles. 2 hours max is outrageous. They’ve now lost a customer.

  Negative experience: over 5 tills available all empty one staff serving queue is massive staff behind the tolls on the side chatting away instead of doing the job and serving customers so we don’t have to queue? Especially women with kids etc elderly all having to wait… not a good look at all especially if so many tills were made for a reason. Manager probably do not want extra tills means extra calculations end of shift from the tills but that’s your job to manage not keep all tills closed on a weekday busy Thursday afternoon April 2026 not a good impression of such a large retail tk max in maidstone area managers need to have a chat with store manager and sort this out

  I have been shopping here for years and love this store, on Wednesday I tried a gold label pair of trousers on and loved them, but didn't end up buying them as thought I come back, but the following day while at work I kept thinking if these cropped trousers , expensive yes but so unusual as they was a one off, I phoned the store and this guy called Tiho went above and beyond to find them. Like a needle in haystack, and he did as they was the only pair, he put them aside for me and I went straight after work to get them. That is what I call great customer satisfaction, Thankyou Tiho really appreciate it 😊

  Never buy electronics in this store-they selling very low quality products.Charging cable didnt last 1 phone charge and fast charger about 1 month

  Great choice of clothing, shoes toys and household. Parking available but be careful as it’s only 2 hrs and there are 4 big stores to visit.
