  They kept my return AND my money I am absolutely appalled by the way The North Face handles returns. I returned an order using their chosen courier (Yodel), and the tracking clearly shows that the parcel was successfully delivered back to their warehouse. I have the proof. Instead of taking responsibility for their own warehouse operations or their courier, they completely washed their hands of the situation. So now, The North Face has my returned items AND my money, and I have absolutely nothing. If you are buying online from them, beware. If anything goes wrong with a return, they will not help you, they will ignore tracking evidence. Absolutely disgraceful.

  Very overdue review, but let’s just say I am glad I visited this particular store. I came into store looking for a specific pair of boots for my Iceland trip, but i was a complete novice so didn’t actually know what a good pair boots even looked like or would be most suitable. Rob kindly approached me and honestly I realised how rare it is these days for passionate people to be in roles like this. Rob guided me and showed me the different type of boots they had, and took the time to fuel me with knowledge on what a good boot is, especially for a trip like Iceland where the weather can be extreme and unpredictable. In the end, I went with Robs recommendation and let’s just say my feet had an amazing time in Iceland, I felt secured, warm and most importantly comfortable. Ps. Rob if you’re reading this, the shoe lace trick you taught me worked a treat, defo felt extra comfortable! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time, really really appreciate it! Me and my partner had a beautiful time in Iceland and I’ll for sure bring my boots with me again when we revisit ☺️🤌🏾💯

  Rob and Ethan provided me with great customer service for my nupste jacket which I purchased today with my wife. Ethan was very kind and helpful upon visit, ensuring he greeted me and guided me through the different stock options. I was considering to buy the Nupste jacket from JD or Footaslyum due to the price difference, but Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in breaking down the differences between buying in store and elsewhere - which made me change my mind and buy in store! Great customer service and felt well looked after, impressed

  Absolutely ridiculous attitude and approach from the guy with the beard( I think his name is Rob). I bought a pair of shoes that I really liked, but unfortunately the design was flawed and they started breaking after just one week. At first, a polite staff member examined the shoes and agreed there was an issue. Then the “boss” showed up and began arguing, accusing me of hiking in them because of some traces of use. I explained that I had only worn them to the office, but he tried to be sarcastic and asked, “Is your office in the woods?”. Even if that were the case, these are The North Face shoes - they should easily handle regular use or even hiking. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he chose to be rude and also call me rude. Yes, I did receive a refund, but I wasted a lot of time arguing over something that clearly wasn’t my fault. Very disappointing experience.
