Our Ernest Jones store is located inside the Royal Victoria Place shopping centre in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll find us on Level 2, next to M&S and opposite French Connection. If you’re visiting by car, the most convenient parking is on levels 5 or 6, which both provide direct access to all Level 2 stores. Gemma, the lovely lady behind the counter, was absolutely wonderful. She really knew her stuff and was really informative and incredibly helpful. She made it so easy and simple. We both didn’t know where to start but sort of knew what we wanted but now after talking to Gemma, we know exactly what we wanted and will be back to order our rings. Thank you Gemma!

Gemma was very helpful and gave me a selection to choose from. I was torn between 1, that I tried on in the shop and 1 I had seen online. Gemma said that it could be ordered into store and I could go back to make my choice. When I returned and chose my watch, Kate was so helpful in guiding me through the payment which i had to access via a reward gateway. I would definitely return to Tunbridge Well Ernest Jones as all the staff i spoke with were friendly and very helpful.
