- LLLuanaJun 8, 20261.0Went in the shop to adjust my sunglasses that I bought a year ago the lady too lazy and rude wouldn’t do it without receipt! Who keeps receipts from a year ago lady had black shoulder length hair over 50 probably. Shouldn’t work there if you can’t help customers is just an adjustment it takes less then a min they done it before without receipt. The service is a shamble

Instead of being helpful and professional, her attitude came across as mean and very disrespectful which made the whole experience uncomfortable. We left the store and purchased from the Lakeside branch and had amazing service. Don’t go to Bluewater Sunglass Hut unless you want to be made to feel embarrassed.
