- VSVishal SinghSep 6, 20265.0The staff was really helpful and the young fella who was there to guide and help me out with new looks and glasses.
- JWJennifer WhiteAug 20, 20264.0Mostly excellent service with exception of one staff member whom did not seem interested in helping but to just give us a pad to sort ourselves out without knowledge of exact details. Thank fully her colleague was much more helpful and professional.
- SFsharon fasholaJun 26, 20265.0Absolutely great experience, I bought a pair of glasses I had my eyes on for a while. Dee was extremely helpful in suggesting similar pairs and I ended up buying a pair that suited me even better. I would 100% recommend going to the bluewater store for helpful opinions from the store assistants. Everytime I’ve entered it’s been a very warm and friendly reception.
- LLLuanaJun 8, 20261.0Went in the shop to adjust my sunglasses that I bought a year ago the lady too lazy and rude wouldn’t do it without receipt! Who keeps receipts from a year ago lady had black shoulder length hair over 50 probably. Shouldn’t work there if you can’t help customers is just an adjustment it takes less then a min they done it before without receipt. The service is a shamble
