Despite me living in London and having a Goldsmiths store much closer to me, I always make the effort to come here because we always have a great experience. We recently visited to collect two new watches and once again received fabulous service from Tyrese, with help from Danielle too! I couldn’t recommend this store highly enough. The Bluewater store will always be our first point of call. Fabulous service as always! :)
- KPKim PermanJun 27, 20261.0Recently used their jewellery service to retip a special ring. They used jobbing jewellers who really don't care about the customer experience or quality of their work . SO DON'T T USE THEM, AT ANY COST. WATCHES OF SWITZERLAND DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EITHER. Used a real local jeweller with experience to put right their completely shoddy work which all staff were happy to palm off of as excellent. Especially Daniella, who's parting sarcastic remark was " Enjoy wearing it". ! Please take care and use jewellers who do care and take care of your special items.
