  We collected a watch we ordered online today and the service we received from Daisy was exemplary. A very cheerful and charming young woman who was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. In addition, Will did a great job of removing the correct amount of links from the chain so that it fitted perfectly. We will definitely shop here again.

  I had a fantastic experience in Goldsmiths today and Lisa Brown was outstanding. She was kind, professional and looked after me with my Rolex watch. I have been a customer with Lisa for over 12 years and would not go any where else because of her.

  The bluewater showroom is spacious, clean, pleases the eye. I was attended to fairly quickly and the staff were polite and courteous. I shop all the time but on their website, and this was my second time visiting the store. Morgan went above and beyond to arrange a Longines watch strap for me, which arrived within 2 weeks and they were kind enough to change it for me even though i bought that particular watch while in France.

  After an horrendous experience at a sister company (Mappin & Webb) I decided to call Goldsmiths and see if they would be able to help me. I spoke with Tyrese. He was calm, confident and compassionate and spoke to me with respect, humility and dignity. I came into branch and sat down with Maxine who was just wonderful. You could see she loved her job. She breathed jewellery and what she didn’t know wasn’t worth knowing. The difference to how we were being treated was massive. This is how a shop should be. A nice friendly environment where you feel relaxed and not judged. Maxine instantly put us at ease and helped with what we needed. What an asset to have her working for you. Hold on to her - she is precious. I came today to collect my watch and sat down with Emma. Once again, we were welcome with open arms. She even remembered my name. We spoke about a lot of things including different brands of jewellery and I have left with a head full of ideas for my next purchase. What a contrast! Every member of staff here was polite, friendly, helpful and interested in what you as the customer needed. Not one complaint. Thank you for making it so much nicer for us. Highly highly recommend

  Absolutely amazing, purchased many different items from Jed over the last couple of months and honestly can’t fault him in the slightest, his over all customer care is something you won’t get anywhere else, Never any pressure to buy but always there to show you around and give you any advice you need, takes his time when explaining and makes the overall experience a true luxury for everyone, Honestly would never visit anywhere else for my watches or jewellery based on the great care I have been given from Jed himself, Thank you for the experience you shared.
