- MFMr FalconeMar 30, 20261.0Worst customer service here. Bought a timberland shoes few months ago worth 200£ from here. Came here today (30 march) with my shoes in the evening around 7 to 8 pm. The shoes was a bit dusty and a bit of dirt was there. The colour was faded as well like a small round dot. Asked them for help, felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I was expecting to get some further options to clean or repair it, asked if anything can be done related to warranty or guarantee. They said nothing can be done. Thats ittttt…. Started to say that I have used chemical on it, this and that. Never expected such customer experience from such a nice shoe retailer. They could have been polite and welcoming at least. Also they could give me any alternate options. But no!!!! Will never buy from TL again. 200 pounds shoes and worst customer care. Bravo team.
