I tried to source a particular timepiece for a couple of months with no luck, and numerous other watch stores were unable / unwilling to assist in sourcing the piece. Stephanie of Mappin & Webb Bluewater was excellent, worked incredibly hard to source the timepiece (and was not going to give up until it had arrived at the showroom!), and kept me up to date throughout. Keep doing a great job!
