  Great service from professional helpful staff. I needed a repair estimate for my Rolex and Grace was hugely knowledgable and found a solution which was perfect. Grateful for such knowledgable and honest solution. James was super helpful in exploring new model and registering my interest. Highly recommend.

  My husband and I have been registered with Mappin & Webb Rolex Bluewater for THREE YEARS, dealing with Daniel, and unfortunately our experience has been incredibly disappointing. Throughout that entire time, we never felt valued as customers. There was very little communication, no proactive contact, no effort to build a relationship, and we were never offered a single watch. It often felt as though we simply didn’t exist, despite our continued interest and patience. After more than THREE YEARS of waiting with little to show for it, we decided we’d had enough and registered with the Rolex Boutique in Canary Wharf instead. The difference has been night and day. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome, listened to what we were looking for, and genuinely invested time in getting to know us. Within just a few months, I was offered and purchased a highly sought-after Rolex, and shortly afterwards my husband was also offered a watch. That’s what building a customer relationship should look like. Based on our experience, I can’t recommend Mappin & Webb Rolex Bluewater. If you’re serious about buying a Rolex and want to be treated with professionalism and respect, I’d strongly recommend registering with the Rolex Boutique in Canary Wharf instead. The contrast in customer service has been remarkable.

  Just recently bought a watch from the store and my experience there was amazing. Super friendly staff! All were so warm and welcoming and special shout out to Sophie who was exceptional. Shop was beautiful and felt very safe with the presence of security.

She is an absolute credit to the brand and a true brand ambassador. Her knowledge of Rolex watches is unmatched—she knew absolutely everything about the timepieces, answering every question with ease and expertise.Beyond her professional knowledge, her personal skills were amazing. Grace is such a genuine, kind soul who made me feel completely comfortable and valued. I bought my watch as a memory to my late parents, and Grace truly made my wish come true. She understood the deep sentimental value behind my purchase and made the entire moment feel incredibly special. She is an amazing asset to the team, and I cannot thank her enough for such a memorable and emotional experience. Highly recommended
