    Poor service from the store relating to a return that I ordered from the Bluewater branch. Happy to take the money but reluctant to take an item back in store because it was bought online (even though they ordered it for me in the store) online returns system also isnt great, they tried to blame me for the system not recognising my email. Still no refund after 4 weeks.
