- DDDanielSep 19, 20262.0Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience here. I was served by a big, bald male member of staff who was extremely unhelpful and simply told me to shop online rather than offering any assistance in store. He then started talking about unrelated things, and the language he was using was completely inappropriate, particularly with a child present. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. The level of customer service and professionalism was really disappointing and definitely needs improvement.
- CPCYNTHIA POLIKĒVIČAAug 28, 20265.0I was given exceptional service at the store by wonderful Ollie. Not only she assisted me to all my needs but really made me and my partner feel supported and answered all my silly questions. What a gem. Thank you for all that and keep doing a good work.
- ALari loveAug 11, 20265.0olli was a great help, he helped me find the perfect shoes for my upcoming event and overall was a sweet person. will definitely be coming back!
- ASAmy ScuttsAug 3, 20261.0Zero customer experience from the manager. Admitted their tills were the issue, used a vans family voucher (£20!) on the wrong products. Went in store to rectify to be told by the manager it was gone and cannot be used again so have lost my voucher that took me a long time to get. Even after admitting the ‘till’ shouldn’t have done it. No ownership to resolve the situation from the manager through overrides or gesture of goodwill for loyal customer. Will actually never return to the store again after this experience and let online processes do their thing to avoid managers blaming tills again
- DRDane RichApr 5, 20195.0Great service here. I bought a pair of shoes here that I loved but unfortunately they were faulty and they started to tear I rang them and they were happy for me to mail them back for a refund as Blue Water is quite a drive and we don’t go very often. The manager Poppy emailed me saying they had just had a new version of the shoes I had sent back and asked if I would like them sent out instead I agreed and I am very happy with them.
