  Came in Saturday just gone to purchase some stud earrings and was assisted by Kiana. What a lovely, patient and helpful person. Even at the transaction point when I had forgotten to show my Blue Light after the transaction it wasn’t an issue. Kiana dealt with everything in a really helpful and friendly manner. I always find H Samuel staff friendly and knowledgeable and it would be my first choice to go to for jewellery because of it.

  Kelly was absolutely lovely! She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience so much better. She went out of her way to be helpful and made me feel comfortable from the start. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stand out. Thank you, Kelly!

  I had to visit H Samuel in Bluewater today, two members of staff where very reluctant to help me and just dismissed me and my query. I am so grateful that Leanne helped me after poor customer service from her colleagues, she was very professional, sympathetic and dealt with my problem swiftly. I will definitely be looking out for Leanne when I visit again.

  Kelly was absolutely brilliant from start to finish helping me choose my wedding ring. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. She was patient, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect ring without ever making me feel pressured into anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people leave happy. Buying a wedding ring is a huge moment and Kelly made it feel really special. I’m genuinely grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and someone who actually takes pride in what they do. Thanks again, Kelly!

  My partner bought me an engagement ring in January 2025 from this store in Bluewater. Since then until today, it has been replated 3 / 4 times and the last time this was replated was April this year and a month later it already needs replating. I have visited the store many times with this complaint and I have felt that no one actually cares and the last lady who worked there actually said to me ‘what now?’ I have been so upset feeling unheard and not listened too. Since the constant replating, I decided to go elsewhere as I had now lost confidence in the store and the workshop. The store I went to confirmed my ring was bent and had not been shaped back round and was just over a ml thickness. The diamond on the side has come out and when she placed on the sizer it was off the line which showed how bent it was. We was told that we was better off getting a new engagement ring as this wouldn’t last. I had been complaining about for a year and half and it has really ruined the joy of the engagement as we have been back and forth.The workshop has damaged my ring rather than help replating. I would’ve wanted a full refund as the ring is definitely not worth what we paid but this also seems to be impossible to get . I am not confident in their workshop, products or staff.
