Horrible attitude of the manager on site. Nowhere does it state the ID for click & collect needs to be physical. Refused to see passport & driving license on my phone. I explained I had parked far & had a tired toddler who would struggle to walk back to fetch physical ID. Adamant they couldn’t give the parcel, ridiculous in this digital age!

Worst changing room customer service!! Went in this TK Maxx to get some essentials. Went to the changing room and the lady working in the changing room was awful. I said hello, told her many items I had to try on and she was talking on the headset the whole entire time not even addressing me, and she looked me straight in the eye! There was no sort of urgency or customer care at all. I know this is Chatham but come on! It was really rude. Luckily the girl at the front desk till made up for my visit.

Very rude and abrup customer's service. I was happy to picked up which I bought from online so I went straight to the cashier point which was free, but on getting to the staff that was available, she said I needed to go and queue, so I said but there's no customer's waiting to pay and she pointed to two customer's obviously still shopping - I asked both the customers if they're ready to pay and both replies we're still shopping. Honestly, I don't understand the needs for that. Getting to this store I was told that I need a physical ID to collect my item even though I've a copy on my phone and my debit card in my hand but she insisted she need to see the original physical ID - driving licence or passport which means I can't collect the item and I told her that I'll not be coming back to this store because her approach to me from the start was so unprofessional - I requested to called the manager to make complaints so she picked up the phone to called her and I can here her saying she needs to be brief about what going so she left me waiting to go and see her manager and both taking time to come back to the cashier point - I can't wait any longer so I left the store but sad. Very unprofessional staff.
