  Very rude and abrup customer's service. I was happy to picked up which I bought from online so I went straight to the cashier point which was free, but on getting to the staff that was available, she said I needed to go and queue, so I said but there's no customer's waiting to pay and she pointed to two customer's obviously still shopping - I asked both the customers if they're ready to pay and both replies we're still shopping. Honestly, I don't understand the needs for that. Getting to this store I was told that I need a physical ID to collect my item even though I've a copy on my phone and my debit card in my hand but she insisted she need to see the original physical ID - driving licence or passport which means I can't collect the item and I told her that I'll not be coming back to this store because her approach to me from the start was so unprofessional - I requested to called the manager to make complaints so she picked up the phone to called her and I can here her saying she needs to be brief about what going so she left me waiting to go and see her manager and both taking time to come back to the cashier point - I can't wait any longer so I left the store but sad. Very unprofessional staff.

  Most impressive staff member I have encountered in years. Mandy calmly reported a shoplifter to security at the same time as serving me with charm and a smile. Multi tasking on a different level.
