  I would not purchase Jewellery, a watch or accessories from any other company, Goldsmiths Canterbury far exceed my expectations every time I go there. The range of Jewellery and watches particularly are unsurpassed in my opinion, this allied to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable service ensures that I will continue my patronage to this store. Special mention to Luke, an absolute asset and his knowledge / enthusiasm on all watches particularly Rolex, is most impressive. Aftersales is handled every bit as well as presale, they make everyone feel special the moment you walk into this store. Recommended wholeheartedly.

  We visited Goldsmiths in Canterbury to look at a Rolex for my wife and were immediately impressed by the level of service we received. On our first visit, Rob was extremely helpful, taking the time to understand what my wife was looking for and guiding us through the different configurations and styles available. We arranged an appointment to return the following week once we had finalised the specification of her watch online. During this visit, we were looked after by a young lady who was in training, under Luca’s supervision. Both visits were a great experience, with all the staff we encountered being friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions and offer helpful advice throughout the process. During our second visit, I also had the opportunity to purchase a watch for myself, which made the experience even more special. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and attentiveness of the team. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and we genuinely appreciated the time and care taken to make sure we were happy with our choices. We look forward to hearing when my wife’s Rolex becomes available and would like to thank Luca, Rob and the wider team for making our experience so enjoyable.

  Not a welcoming store. Frosty reception from the door security. H Samuel are much friendlier, so they got my money!!
