- LBLucy BellJul 17, 20262.0After a bad experience in the Canterbury store I thought I would try the Westwood cross store. Store is larger than Canterbury which was nice. Unfortunately it’s once again let down by the staff. Several of them blocking up the aisles into children’s. Just chatting. So much stuff crammed on the rails that it’s impossible to look. Was badly organised and a complete mess with things falling off hangers due to being so crammed. Would be nice to have less stuff out so u can actually look through the shelves. Looked in the home section and was much better. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 was because the young lady who served us was lovely and polite. She actually smiled which is something the other members of staff really need to learn how to do.
