Unfortunately the wrapping paper was not put in my bag once the cashier had packed everything. Called the store, firstly told me to call customer service... I suggested they do and own the problem. I got a call back, nothing we can do and we can refund you. Can you come back, eh no I'm 20 miles away, I don't live here, I'm visiting. It's not a difficult job, train your staff to simply add items customers have purchases to the bag the cashier is packing. Maybe tell her colleague to pay attention and not to blab my till has a warning it has to much cash and needs emptied. She talked no stop, distractive, I got tired listening to her. I lost 7 quid! Won't be back!
