  We had such a lovely experience at Goldsmiths Watford and couldn’t recommend Nabeel enough! From the moment we came in, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. He took the time to help us properly and made the whole experience feel really personal, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His customer service was exceptional and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. It’s rare to receive such warm and genuine service, and Nabeel is a real credit to the Goldsmiths team. Thank you again, Nabeel, for making our experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  One of the worst experience with goldsmith's, placed an order on monday 3rd August on click and collect which was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 5th August but till 7th August there's no update for my order, no one is picking up the call either waited for about 1 hour 20 minute's on their customer service number, tried to contact them on live chat for 2 days nobody came up and when it does they said give us few hour's abd will get back to you and nobody came up. What kind of service is this?? Waited 1 hour 20 minute on call from number 7 at waiting list and when my turn came it said sorry we are unavailable. What kind of pathetic service is this. Taking customers money and disappear like nothing happened at all. No form of contact is working for them.

  I had a great experience at Goldsmiths Watford thanks to Joe. This was a really special purchase as the watch was for my wedding, so it was important that I found the right watch. I knew very little about watches, but Joe took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand with no rush or pressure. His knowledge of the products was exceptional, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the right watch rather than simply making a sale. I visited the store once to look around and specifically came back another day to buy my watch from Joe. That says everything about the level of service he provided. He was patient, professional, personable and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I hope Joe receives the recognition he deserves because he is a real credit to the Goldsmiths team. I will be recommending both the store and Joe to friends and family.

  We had a wonderful experience at Goldsmiths in Watford today while choosing a Longines watch as a special gift for my husband. A huge thank you to Junaid, who looked after us throughout the whole process. He was incredibly patient, friendly and professional, taking the time to show us different models, answer all our questions and help us feel confident that we were making the right choice. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The store itself has an excellent selection of watches from a wide range of brands and price points, and the entire team was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Junaid really made our visit special, and we truly appreciate the time and care he gave us. We left extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be returning to this store for our future purchases.   I visited this store on 2nd July for the reopening following its expansion, and I was delighted with the service I received from the entire team at Goldsmiths. A special mention must go to Zainab, who was outstanding - as always. During my visit, I purchased a Rolex Datejust 41, and I couldnt be happier with both the watch and the overall experience. Zainab is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, making every visit enjoyable while ensuring the customer experience is truly first class. The newly expanded store looks fantastic, with its elegant design, spacious layout, and luxurious atmosphere. It provides the perfect setting to browse and purchase such prestigious timepieces. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch, and I would especially recommend asking for Zainab. Her exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine passion for looking after her customers are a real credit to Goldsmiths.
