- MDMaria DinuSep 23, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service today. I asked Isabela about a mattress topper with no price displayed. She checked online but couldn’t find the exact product, only a similar one, which was £28 on sale. However, she told me the price in store was £34, which I decided not to pay. I then asked about a duvet, also without a price and she said: “They are all expensive here. If you want cheaper, we don't sell cheaper.” I found this comment unnecessary, dismissive and quite rude. I was simply asking for prices to compare products (both without labels - one a topper, the other a duvet). I had actually went to TK-Maxx particularly to buy a duvet, but the interaction was so unpleasant that I left without buying one. Very disappointed!
