- BBBetro-982 days ago1.0I’ve shopped in this store twice now, and on both occasions I’ve been repeatedly pressured to provide my email address at the till to receive a receipt. I explained that I don’t give out my email address due to privacy and spam concerns, but I was still pushed to provide one and told that they untick the email boxes and that Newlook don't send Spam.... Why can’t customers just be allowed to say no? There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting a good old-fashioned printed receipt without having to justify it or be pressured into handing over personal information. After I still declined, the lady became noticeably rude, didn't speak to me, say thank you or goodbye, and simply shoved my paper receipt on top of my purchase. Unfortunately, after two experiences like this, I won’t be returning to this store.
- PBPaul BurleyAug 14, 20261.0Dishonest. Don't shop here. My mother bought two sale blouses in different sized to try at home and checked with the assistant if she could return one. She was told that she could. When she did return it the same assistant told her bare faced lies, saying she couldn't return it and that she would never have said she could. So she was left out of pocket. A thoroughly dishonest person and company. Disgusting.
