Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disgust and concern regarding the unsanitary conditions I encountered in the dressing rooms. During my visit, I noticed a significant accumulation of what appears to be black mold spores covering the extractor fan and the surrounding ceiling tiles in the changing area. I have attached a photograph of the area for your reference. As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment. Finding such a large amount of mold in a confined, poorly ventilated space like a dressing room is not only repulsive but also a serious health hazard. Exposure to mold spores can cause respiratory issues and allergic reactions, and it is unacceptable that this has been allowed to reach such a visible and extensive state. This level of neglect suggests a complete failure in your store’s maintenance and cleaning protocols.
