Not only have we received our rings on time, they are just right in every way. Katie has been so helpful and friendly, and her engaging manner has added to our excitement about the special day in 3 weeks. Other staff have all been lovely too, with Helen running out to provide an instamatic photo for us as my fiancé proposed again, as I also had my engagement ring "re-shinied", it looks absolutely beautiful. We cannot thank the whole team enough, and would recommend this store to anybody wishing to have a special experience when buying jewellery.
