- DPDan PalmerOct 16, 20241.0I bought a ring which needed to be resized. They said up to 10 working days for it to be delivered. I then got told it was due to be delivered on a Thursday or Friday, it wasn't. I was told the following Tuesday it would be delivered the next day to which I find out it going to be delivered on the Thursday. More than 10 working days to get it back AND they kept saying something different each time I rang up. They also said on my receipt it says an "estimated collection date" which it doesn't. I've had cancel and rearrange "proposal plans" twice now. Not a good first time experience at all. Would not recommend.
