- JEJason ESep 3, 20265.0After reciveing terrible service at the hedge end store, I was delighted to have my confidence restored by the staff and manager at this Southampton store. I was wanting to return a faulty pair of wrangler boots. The staff member was friendly and listend to my concerns and immediately recognised the issue when I showed him. He checked with his manager who also confirmed the fault and they offered a return with no issues. The difference in service was night and day.

- DPDavid PalmerSep 2, 20261.0Turned up to collect wife's order with photo id BUT can't it's company policy. Apparently she needs to be physically there herself which is awkward as she is at work. Talked to customer services attitude is if you want the privilege of shopping with is you must jump through those hoops. Not to sure how people how it works if you don't drive and don't have a passport - I assume a bus pass might do it.
- RHRebaz HamadAug 12, 20261.0“I honestly don’t understand how this manager is still in charge. They showed absolutely no responsibility, professionalism, or respect towards us. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, and they made the whole experience unnecessarily difficult.”
