  Staff in the Reading store are always friendly and welcoming. They make customers aware of any offers and the rewards club. Offer alternatives if unsure on style and don't rush you. Would recommend this store to friends and family.

  Splendid service from Telma Filipa at Sunglass Hut Reading ! ​I popped in with a pair of Dior frames originally sourced in France, which had unfortunately developed a manufacturing fault. Telma managed the return and exchange quite brilliantly. She was wonderfully knowledgeable, entirely attentive, and steered me towards a spectacular pair of Pradas that suit me infinitely better. ​What could easily have been a tiresome ordeal was handled seamlessly from start to finish. Outstanding customer service, Telma is an absolute asset to the team, cheers!

  I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses but decided to return them because they weren’t comfortable in bright sunlight, as they were not polarized. When I visited the store, the sales associate seemed unsure about the billing calculations and initially refused to process the return. After I clearly explained the discounts I had received at the Swindon Designer Outlet, she eventually accepted it. The interaction, however, lacked basic courtesy—there was no politeness or friendliness, and it felt as though assisting me was a burden. This occurred on February 7th around 5 PM. In contrast, my experience at the Swindon store was excellent—easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately, the service at the Reading store was the complete opposite and came across as unprofessional.
