The store is clean and well stocked, and I often find unique bargains that you can’t get elsewhere. Staff are friendly and the checkout process is usually quick and easy. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop for deals and gifts.

It’s awful to be shopping/paying and to be a witness to a manager degrading or being rude to the other staff. I’ve even seen some of the younger ones looking really upset on the verge of tears too many times. After asking for the name of one of your staff members who I notice loads of these horrible situations seem to be created by, I wanted to leave this review to point out that your team leader Ivanka needs to go. It’s not normal the way she talks to customers let alone staff. I feel sorry for all who have to work with that, coming from a retail manager myself. Disgraceful
