  Great customer service provided by Robert Mcintivey. I visited this store with my partner to purchase an engagement ring - Robert was extremely helpful in helping us find the right one. He provided all options and warranty packages clearly and wasn’t pushy at all which is quite rare in my opinion. Second visit to collect the ring was also a seamless process. Can’t fault Robert nor this store. Great Service. Will definitely be back in the near future for my other jewellery and watch needs.

  Excellent service from three different staff members across separate visits. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase, options were clearly explained, and the staff were patient in answering my questions. Extremely happy with my purchase and I would return in a heartbeat to buy from this location again.

  I very rarely leave reviews, but Izzy’s service was excellent. In fact, she was perfect. There were no sales tactics or pressure. We popped in at the very last minute looking for a diamond earring and necklace set, and although they didn’t have the necklace in stock, we ended up buying the perfect earrings. It was also really refreshing that we weren’t asked to leave a review. Thats just another reason why I’m grateful for her service.

  my boyfriend and i had roger as our salesman, he was so incredibly helpful, and absolutely made our decision up quickly with very good information! unfortunately we had to leave so didn’t purchase, but will definitely be back to purchase!!
