I visited this store with my partner to purchase an engagement ring - Robert was extremely helpful in helping us find the right one. He provided all options and warranty packages clearly and wasn’t pushy at all which is quite rare in my opinion. Second visit to collect the ring was also a seamless process. Can’t fault Robert nor this store. Great Service. Will definitely be back in the near future for my other jewellery and watch needs.

We popped in at the very last minute looking for a diamond earring and necklace set, and although they didn’t have the necklace in stock, we ended up buying the perfect earrings. It was also really refreshing that we weren’t asked to leave a review. Thats just another reason why I’m grateful for her service.
