  I needed help getting a tuxedo for a wedding and the staff there were all very helpful. Specially Shamima who went above and beyond to help and gave me extra services to help me decide as I came unprepared but she was able to give me everything I needed to complete the look and help decide what I needed to buy. I appreciated all she did!

  Big thanks to Maria for assisting me fairly late in the day on a friday. She welcomed me on entering the store, she was patient, helpful and made it a stress free experience. The products are of excellent quality, but I bought more because of her customer service, thank you!

  I mostly buy gifts here for my hubby, dad and presents . Today , a lady staff Shami is not very helpful- keep saying everything is around 70 pounds after I said not interested to her pushing to buy 4 shirt deal of 149 pounds. I have told her I am buying a gift , hence not looking to spend 149 pounds. After this she kept saying this everything is 70 pounds, which made me feel like she is basically asking me not to shop here. As a customer , I would expect the sales staff to have better skill in sales. I bought one shirt with 50 pounds as I like the quality of Charles Tyrwhitt. I would have given one start if i am evaluating only on this occasion. But I am giving three stars because of past visits and other helpful staff. Seriously need staff training in this branch as this is quite a bad way to treat customers. I am naming her by name as the other staff i have met are helpful.

  I purchased 2x white shirts for my wedding last year (July/August). Happy with the quality and fit. Very happy with the service. I forget the name of the gentleman who served me (I believe he was the manager). He was very helpful and approachable without being pushy in any way. He also gave me a discount considering the shirts were for my wedding, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
