  Wouldn’t recommend going unless you already know exactly what you want or if you’re prepared to do some returns. Usually like their shirts and have repurchased time and time again - was looking to get some linen shirts which isn’t something I have had from them before. But this store wouldn’t allow trying on the linen shirts other than the 4 that were hung up (one of each size). Wanted to try on a few colours specifically but was told not to, as they didn’t want to have to fold them back up again. The linen shirt textures also were underwhelming - such disappointment.

  My experience was awful the man with very lots of dandruff had bent down sprinkled the snow all over me and my clothes. Shame these are the people they are getting to represent Charles tyrwitt nowadays used to be really professional. The man seemed very new and wore glasses could not catch his name sounded like name was tortilla or something.
