  Beautiful, spacious store inside Kingsland Shopping Centre, London E8 2LX with a great selection of quality items at affordable prices — I even traveled from the other side of the city to visit. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by an older staff member on the shop floor. She followed me around with a disapproving attitude, kept looking into my basket, and made me feel uncomfortable despite me returning items properly. Near the fitting rooms, she was loudly throwing hangers, which was unsettling. When I left, she even criticized me for trying on many items and not planning to buy enough. It completely ruined my impression of the store.

  I always find bargains here. The quality variety is also pretty good.

  I had my purse stolen from my coat pocket and the security and managers couldn’t care less (refused to check CCTV). One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had.

  Collected my click and collect order didn't really look around much but I've bought stuff from there before so I know it sell decent stuff. Men's clothes in my case.
