  Brilliant North Face store. The staff were all really friendly and happy to help, especially when I was looking at the bags. They really knew their stuff and helped me make the right choice, which is probably why I ended up leaving with two bags instead of one! The discounts were brilliant too, with over 50% off. Plenty of stock, the store was nice and cool, and it was just a really enjoyable shopping experience. I'll definitely be back.

  Outstanding customer service from Alex at The North Face. From the moment we entered the store, Alex was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. His product knowledge was excellent, and he took the time to answer our questions, offer helpful advice, and explain the different options available without ever making us feel pressured. He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase. What really stood out was Alex's positive attitude and willingness to help. It's becoming increasingly rare to receive such attentive and personable customer service, and he is a real credit to The North Face. Thanks to his assistance, our shopping experience was enjoyable, easy, and stress-free. A huge thank you to Alex for his exceptional service. He made a great impression and is a perfect example of how customer service should be done. We will definitely be returning to this store and would highly recommend it to others.

  Not a huge selection to choose from and the discounts are not exactly huge especially considering that North Face gear isn’t exactly cheap to be begin with. 30% off seemed to be about best on offer and no special spend promotion like they often do from their store in Gloucester because if they had I may have bought some stuff today, as it was I left empty handed.
