  Poor stock, tried to buy 2 pairs of sunglasses, only had display products, 1 pair of which had scratches on the frame and lenses. no offer of either a discount or alternative solution such as ordering in or delivery to my home. It was literally you take it or leave it, so we left them. Based on this experience I will not be returning again.

  I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Sun Glass Hut earlier this week and had a great experience, so I returned today intending to buy another two pairs. Unfortunately, the customer service on this occasion was very disappointing. For both pairs I wanted, the store only had the display models available. I was offered the display pairs without any discount or incentive, despite them being handled and on show. More frustratingly, no alternative solutions were offered. There was no suggestion to order a new pair for collection in store, have them delivered to my home, or even check availability at another branch. When I got home, I looked online and found that both pairs were available directly from the same company. Not only that, but they were only around £10 more expensive and could even be ordered with prescription lenses. This left me wondering why these options were never mentioned in store. I was ready to make a purchase, but the lack of customer service, product knowledge, and effort to help secure a sale was disappointing. Based on today's experience, I would think twice before returning.
