It saved me a trip to the hospital. He was very pleasant and helpful. So back to Martin and Co to help me find a replacement for the next 25 years. Thanks Luke!

All of which was handled by the wonderful Luke. His attention to detail was incredible and it was quickly obvious he is an expert in his field. We really were made to feel so welcome and never once rushed. Luke spent over two hours with us, discussing all options and answering lots of questions. He was fabulous company and really did make our time at Martin & Co very enjoyable. Customer service is too generic a term for this beautiful jewellers, they go above and beyond to ensure your time spent with them is truly special. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
