  We had such a lovely experience at this jewellery store! Luke was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and spent a lot of time with us inspecting our pieces. He gave us so much interesting insight into the jewellery, including the history behind the pieces and where they came from, which made the whole experience feel really special. We never felt rushed or pressured, and his knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Luke, for taking such great care of us — we really appreciated it and would absolutely recommend visiting!

  My partner and I purchased a Rolex each after a number of visits. Jake was knowledgeable, charming and really made the experience for us. We were allowed to bring our dog in each time and all the staff were very friendly / accommodating with us. I have visited many ADs and have never had such an enjoyable experience as this. I thoroughly recommend the shop and in particular Jake. Hoping to do further business in the coming years.

  I recently took my Omega watch into Martin & Co for a new battery, unfortunately it required a lot more work than I had anticipated as it wasn’t a battery issue . Becky gave me a very detailed description of the proposed works required, costs and timescales which are out of my price range at the present time. Becky and her colleagues gave me some fabulous advice and were very happy to assist me at no charge. I have used Martin & Co to resize jewellery etc in the past and will continue to do so. Nothing is too much trouble and they give you a very personal service from the time of entering the store. Thank you much for such a seamless and professional service.

  We went in search of a watch for our son's 40th, we had no real idea of what to expect other than a severe dent in the bank account. Julian spent a considerable amount of time with us helping to guide us to what we now think is an excellent result.
