  On a recent visit to Cheltenham, I went into this store. Quite aside from the good quality 6 and good value shirts, I was very pleased with the attentiveness and knowledge of the staff. I bought 4 shirts, one of which they did not have in the store in my size. It was delivered 6 to my home within three working days. I particularly like the variety of available sleeve lengths for each collar size. It's rare for me to find a shirt that is not too long in the sleeve.

  I had a fantastic experience, and it was all thanks to Tom. He took exceptional care of me while I was choosing my wedding outfit, making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. He gave excellent advice on sizing, fit, and the overall look, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right outfit rather than just making a sale. In all honesty, my previous experiences at this store hadn’t been as positive, but Tom completely changed my opinion. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made a huge difference. If Tom is around, I’ll definitely be coming back. Outstanding customer service—thank you, Tom!

  Probably the best high street retail experience I’ve had in ages at Charles Tyrwhitt. Popped in to grab a shirt in an emergency before a wedding the next day and ended up leaving with a load of other bits too. Great advice, no pressure, just genuinely helpful staff who clearly know what they’re doing. To top it off, I’d cut my finger that morning and the plaster came loose while I was in store, getting blood all over myself (sorry again, I was genuinely mortified!). The manager noticed, disappeared for a minute, and came back with a bunch of blue plasters to patch me up properly. Talk about going above and beyond. Brilliant customer service from start to finish.
