  I found a fragrance way cheaper than anywhere else, and asked a beautiful young lady called Shania who was working on the jewellery counter, greeted with a fantastic smile but put down what she was doing to help me at the perfume cabinet.she then pit my sale through at her til .absolutely 100 % for her customer service and so friendly

  The polish supervisor is extremely rude, arrogant and plain obnoxious. I needed to return an item, but I’ve injured my knee and can’t even walk or stand for long, yet she had me stand on the side for several minutes scrolling through dozens of TK Maxx emails, trying to find the relevant one. Zero compassion or understanding. And then she was being ignorant and walked away on me mid sentence. Also, on one previous visit one in the fitting rooms was stalking my boyfriend.

  I visited your store today, Tuesday 19 May 2026, in the afternoon before 4pm, and I was honestly very disappointed with the way I was treated by one of your employees. The staff member was a young man, around 20 years old, with longer hair. The first unpleasant moment happened near the stairs. I was going up while he was coming down, and he bumped into me without saying sorry or acknowledging it in any way. I found that very rude. Later, on the first floor, I was looking at shirts, and the same employee kept working right in front of me in a very narrow aisle. Instead of giving me space to browse, he stayed extremely close, moving hangers around right beside me and making me feel uncomfortable. It felt like he was deliberately getting in my way rather than allowing me to shop normally. When I tried to speak to him and asked for his name, he refused to tell me. He also did not apologise at any point. His attitude came across as arrogant, frustrated, unfriendly and completely unprofessional. I left the store feeling very upset and disappointed. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or treated like an inconvenience when they are simply trying to shop. This was a very poor customer service experience.
