  Probably the best high street retail experience I’ve had in ages at Charles Tyrwhitt. Popped in to grab a shirt in an emergency before a wedding the next day and ended up leaving with a load of other bits too. Great advice, no pressure, just genuinely helpful staff who clearly know what they’re doing. To top it off, I’d cut my finger that morning and the plaster came loose while I was in store, getting blood all over myself (sorry again, I was genuinely mortified!). The manager noticed, disappeared for a minute, and came back with a bunch of blue plasters to patch me up properly. Talk about going above and beyond. Brilliant customer service from start to finish.

  Today I was extremely fortunate to have a suit fitting appointment with Tom. I was pretty nervous beforehand because I struggle with the clothes shopping experience, but I couldn't have asked for better treatment. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and (most importantly) willing to help me put together and ensemble that will perfectly accentuate my individuality and represent myself that in a way that is meaningful to me. This experience was really important for me because I don't often get to splash out on high quality clothing, and I really appreciated being guided by Tom through an unfamiliar world that allowed me to put together an outfit that will fill me with pride and confidence on my wedding day and beyond. In short: the people who work at this shop know that you deserve to look good and feel confident in what you wear, and they go above and beyond to put in the time and care needed to reflect that.   Always a lovely shop in Cheltenham. The moment you walk in it smells beautiful. All the clothing is superbly presented and the staff very attentive. If you can get the same offers in the shop as on the Internet that's even better as you can try on what you buy and take it away with you which is often the case. Thank you very much for a great shopping experience
