  ​I purchased a Versus Versace watch from this Argyle Street branch. Unfortunately, the watch was faulty and completely stopped working. Even after replacing the battery, it remained dead. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am legally entitled to a refund/replacement for a defective product. When I visited the store to resolve this, I brought clear bank statement transaction proof along with the handwritten store slip provided by their own staff . Despite having solid legal proof of purchase, the store manager on duty, who identified herself only as Suzy, was extremely hostile, aggressive, and completely closed minded. She flatly refused to help, told my husband and me "the conversation is over," and ordered us to leave, accusing us of wasting the staff's time. Her behaviour was a shocking display of public shaming in front of other customers. To make matters worse, she aggressively refused to provide her last name, clearly knowing her conduct was unprofessional. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and a disgusting way to treat paying customers. A formal complaint has been logged with the head office and Trading Standards. Avoid this branch if you expect decent human respect or customer care!
