While I was shopping, a staff member (a young man with a beard and fade haircut) approached me and, in front of other customers and staff, rudely asked whether I had left some clothes in the changing room. He made this accusation without first confirming the facts and pointed directly at me in a way that I found embarrassing and disrespectful. I do not believe this behaviour reflects the standards of customer service expected from such a well-known brand. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed and if staff could be given further training on how to approach customers respectfully and professionally in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They are horrible & I've purchased 2 of them now & the padding moves from the elbows, leaving behind a thin material, that not only looks stupid, but feels horrible. Sort your stuff out TNF!!!
