  I really didn’t like I was told I had to give them my email address for a printed receipt. Completely put me off shopping at New Look again as that’s an invasion of privacy

  On our last day in Glasgow, before heading back to mainland Europe, we decided to spend our remaining pounds and popped into New Look at around 6:00 pm on a Monday evening. Our daughter quickly found a whole pile of clothes she wanted to try on, but when we asked about the fitting rooms, we were told they had already closed, despite it only being around 6:30 pm. We were advised to come back the next day. We explained that we were flying home the following morning and that this was our last opportunity to shop, but unfortunately that didn't make any difference. We were told there was simply no way our daughter could use the fitting rooms, even though the store itself would remain open for another 30 minutes. Fair enough, we went across the street to Urban Outfitters and left our money there ;-)
