  I am extremely disappointed with the way my children and I were treated at this store. During our visit, one of the staff members repeatedly looked at us in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and suspiciously watched while we were trying on clothes. She eventually took the clothes from me before I had finished choosing what I wanted. When we left the fitting room, almost all the staff appeared to be gathered nearby, looking at us in a way that made us feel as though we were suspected of stealing. My children were frightened and confused, asking me why everyone was looking at us like that. The security guard also appeared to follow us as we left the store. We had done nothing wrong. I purchased a checked jacket and two pairs of jeans and paid £89 at the till. When my daughter questioned a member of staff about our treatment, we were told that there had been shoplifting incidents in the store previously. An apology was eventually offered, along with a discount, which I declined. I am not looking for a discount; I expect an explanation and respectful treatment. I am a returning customer, and this experience was deeply upsetting and humiliating for both me and my children. No customer should be made to feel like a criminal simply for shopping. I sincerely hope management investigates this incident and takes steps to ensure that other customers do not experience the same treatment. Very disappointing customer service.

  Writing I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way my children were treated at this shop. The way they were treated was absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and, in my experience, racist. No child should ever be made to feel inferior, unwelcome, or disrespected because of their background. As a father, it is heartbreaking to see your children treated in such a disgraceful manner. Every child deserves respect, dignity, and equal treatment. I sincerely hope the management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that no other family has to experience the same treatment. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience.

  Popped in after 5.30 and was most impressed with the service from a young man called DAN. I was only buying a photo frame but I felt he went further than he needed to and insisted on wrapping it up in paper. I have always had good service in this store but this young man was exceptional. Hold on to him!

  Last time I come here. Wanted an item n get a carrier bag. Im not paying over a pound for one n a brown bag that will rip easily.. also seen 2 young boys loitering at the back wearing a spiderman mask. Really pathetic. The so called security couldn't keep up with em. Doubt I b back
