  I visited the Longines boutique in Glasgow last month with my mum to choose a belated birthday present, and it turned into a really memorable experience. Karen, along with her colleague, was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment we arrived. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the different options with real care and attention. At no point did it feel rushed — everything was explained clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. As I’m based abroad, I especially appreciated how seamless they made everything. Karen took the time to walk me through the specifics of the warranty and other important details, and ensured that all arrangements were handled smoothly. It gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Both Karen and her colleague went out of their way to make the experience feel personal and special, which really stood out. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine. A big thank you to them both — I absolutely love my new timepiece and will always remember the experience of choosing it. Highly recommended.

  We visited today and were delighted with the service. Staff were incredibly patient, personable and knowledgeable whilst still providing a luxury experience. Would recommend to anyone considering a Longines watch purchase. Just great!

  Ordered my watch from a retailer online, I needed a strap adjustment made and I went to the retailers shop to be told they couldn't adjust it and would need to go to the longines boutique down the street, I was feeling embarrassed walking into the boutique to ask for an adjustment since I never bought it from them, but I was made to feel most welcome and treated with a lovely coffee and some exceptional customer care while they perfected my strap adjustment. Exceptional
