  Family business is as important as the team members. I've been a customer in Edinburgh since 1994, seeing the investment in the new Laings building & with the return to previous prime corner ( "Christmas corner" we call it) within the arcade deserves loyalty. Members all polite when dealing with you and professional. From front security, Shannon with other lady, George was solid and I can imagine him putting customers at ease. Lindsay was our initial contact, she was warm, funny & kind while managing our business along with praise for the Laing family and that she was interested in the other members welfare whilst she is away.   The service provided by Xiaoxiao was absolutely exceptional. She understood the tight timeline for my father's birthday and went above and beyond to secure the perfect watch for us. She was incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this store because of her amazing service!
