Arrived at the shop asking for making my engagement ring smaller because I loose weight. However Asmah explained that would take up to 3 weeks to get back as they need to send somewhere else. But because I am getting married in Portugal I need back before that. I also ask if they could measure my ring as my dad gift me with the wedding rings from Brazil. Debbie was just the best and measured my and my partner size. I will definitely be back to shop some gorgeous jewels.

Upon returning months later, with half a mind just to complain, we were greeted by Mel and had a much better experience, picked some nicer rings than previously set on, and left with one and the other was ready to collect a day or two later. We felt so much happier leaving that day and much more informed about our rings, sizes and insurance plans available.
