Although they did not have the model my wife wanted in store, the staff offered to have it delivered from another branch. We were so impressed with the helpfullness, friendliness, trustfullness and professionalism of both Robert and Sophie that we were more than happy to come back a few days later to buy the watch. I would have no hesitation in buying from this store in future especially if Robert and/or Sophie were present.

- AJAndy JackDec 23, 20251.0Went in to order a watch for my wife for Christmas.I went in on the friday and I was told buy a very nice young girl who went out her to way to find out if they had any off these watches. the only place that had them was newcastle which the girl then told me we will get a delivery on tuesday and Wednesday.and the watch will be here i called into the shop today where I take it I was spoken to bye stephen who was very abrut and said the watch isn't here and we cant guarantee that. he then said I was standing with the girl when she told me she cant guarantee it will be here. eh I must be blind because when I came in the shop it was me and only a young girl in my presence only and if that was the case I would have said forget it to close to Christmas I will go else where so stephen I dont appreciate you lieing and I hope people will agree with this review why would I wait if not guaranteed doesn't make any sense and if you can do this what are you teaching your staff totally unacceptable behaviour stephen aka manger
