  The main reason we came to the metro centre is because of the Lego store. Our son has some learning difficulties and he plays a lot with Lego to calm down and learn to focus. We didn't tell him the shop was here, and he was so happy to find it. The first time we went in, he had no et to spend but it became a. It overwhelmingto decide what he wanted, so we just bought him a keyring and left so we could give him some time to calm down again. When returning about an hour later, on of the gentleman who works there again greeted us with a "welcome back" and helpedy son decide what he would like to buy. He made his purchase, and we left the shop. About a minute later, my son remembered that he had seen online somewhere that I'd you visit a Lego shop, you can ask for a Lego "passport" and they will give you one free of charge, so back we go again, and the Same gentleman said "Welcome back again". My son asked about the passport and pointed him in the right direction, and again we left with a passport too. All of the staff we great here, all ready to help with friendly but not pushy advice. Tha k you for making my son feel at home, we have one very happy little boy now.

  Came for a wholesome shop and our experience was nothing short of perfect! We were by the lovely Ellen who was cheerful and seems interested in our purchase! Truly brightened our day!

  Went in on Friday and staff were VERY rude. Asked about a polybag that was coming out and got told in a sarcastic tone "no. We haven't got it"... Funny as I've seen people posting about it saying where they got it (Lego stores) so I said okay... Walking around and was being followed by this member of staff, making me feel uncomfortable. Ignored them. Mr was looking at the Pokémon trio set and said "it's a shame they didn't do them individually" I replied "why do that and actually cater to the fans, when they can bulk them together and charge more" to which staff replied "if you don't like it don't buy it". Put the set down and walked out. This is the second time I have had terrible customer service in this shop. I don't think I will be returning at all. I'll buy my sets elsewhere.
