  I have been living in England for six years, and I have never experienced such a disappointing and offensive situation before. My friends and I had finished shopping and paid for our purchases. As we were making our way out, we stopped to look at the furniture on display. One of the female staff members approached us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, telling us that it was closing time, that we needed to leave, and that the furniture was for people to buy, not for us to sit on. My two friends and I were genuinely considering buying the chairs. How are we supposed to decide whether a chair is comfortable and suitable for us if we are not allowed to sit on it and try it out? What made the situation even more upsetting was that other customers were also sitting on the displayed furniture, yet we were the ones singled out and spoken to so rudely. It left us feeling humiliated and questioning whether we were treated this way because we are Asian and not British. Regardless of the reason, no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. We had every intention of making a purchase, and a simple, polite reminder about closing time would have been more than enough. This experience has seriously affected my impression of the store. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates the staff member's behaviour, and ensures that every customer is treated equally, respectfully, and fairly, regardless of their background or ethnicity.

  I asked the cashier if it was possible I could have a discount on some body scrub seeing as it was the only one but it had been opened and had a chunk missing and it was cracked they came back and refused the discount in a a very rude manor looking down on me as if I’m some how beneath her it also states it comes with body brush but there is no body brush in site so I’ve payed full price for a quarter of an item

  The woman who served me on till 1 at 10:40 am today was very rude and discouraged me from purchasing any other items. I had retured a glass cup that had cracked after I had drank from it, when being stood on a table. The staff on till 1 immediately assumed I had poured hot water into the glass and broke it myself, giving me an uncomfortable glare. She excused herself, leaving me stood at the till, then retured still talking to me quite rudely. When I later returned to buy another item that was also glass, she pushed the glass across the counter to me after purchasing and did not wrap the item in any protective wrapping. It was also very clear that I did not have a bag with me, increasing the chance of a dangerous accident as the glass could have smashed and been a hazard. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be shopping at this location again. I am very disappointed.
