- ACAshleigh ClaytonSep 9, 20261.0I am posting this for both myself and my fiancee We asked Goldsmiths to resize my engagement ring at the end of July 2026 They gave us a date of the 31st of August as the latest date for the ring to be ready Since we have sent the ring away we have had NO contact from them whatsoever. We have had to chase up the ring constantly and have been into the store on multiple occasions. We were then told that the ring would be ready at the very latest on Friday the 4th of September - it got to this date and again we had not heard anything. Because of this we had to ring ourselves for an update. They then stated that the ring would not be ready until Wednesday the 9th of September (today) - However it is still not ready! The amount of chasing up we have had to do ourselves and the absolute lack of any customer service is not acceptable. I would not recommended using Goldsmiths jewellers at all as they have consistently lied to us and we have received absolutely no support from any of the staff.
