When we ran into issues with our original manufacturer for my engagement ring (not associated with EJ), the team were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. They listened carefully to what we wanted, kept us fully informed at every stage, and genuinely made us feel looked after. They then created the custom engagement ring of my dreams, and it turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. My husband and I bought both of our wedding rings here as well, and they still look absolutely brand new. The customer service, care, and attention to detail from the team has been outstanding from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I wanted to leave my engagement and wedding ring along with my husband wedding ring to be cleaned and polished. What I thought would take 10 mins, took over 45 mins, the gentleman that served us was lovely and polite but took ages because he was new and he kept asking and checking in with a staff member called Olivia with brown hair who was seemed a senior staff member for help with what he needed to do and she was so unprofessional and so unhelpful, he was clearly struggling and both Olivia and colleague just stood there and said yes or no or there's the forms, whenever he had queries, disgraceful team work.
