This is the second time I have visited H Samuel and she is the epitome of great customer service. She really does go out of her way to be helpful, it makes such a difference. She helped me to fix a watch and this was the third shop that I had gone in to, to ask for help with it. Every other jeweller I visited didn't want to know. She has a lovely, friendly manner which is hard to get these days. I would return to the store for any future purchases based purely on my customer experience. Well done Lynette.
