- SCSally CattonJun 30, 20261.0Went in today to grab some bits for my holiday and saw they had a deal “2 for £12” in big letters with about 20 different tops underneath. I went to the till and I was asked about 3 times to join there reward system, which I said no to every time (no means no). Left and got to the car to see that the two tops I bought were both full price, so I went back to ask and was met by 2 staff member one called Kate who were very rude and was dismissive of me from the start, when I explained to them I’m not annoyed that there full price, more annoyed that it wasn’t clearly stated, which was met with a very dismissive and sarcastic comment that it says it in small print, I went to have a look at the promotional sign and the “small print” it’s in the tiniest writing ever and only a few of them are clear enough to see as it has been covered by clothes. Complete false advertisement, and very very very rude staff member.
